The MTX-3002-03 is part of the “Premium Air Filters” line from ProFilter (distributed by Maxima Racing Oils). It’s designed for high-performance motorcycles and off-road machines. According to the manufacturer:

  • It’s a reusable long-life air filter made of chemical-resistant, high-quality polyester-based foam.

  • It features a dual-stage, heat-laminated, reticulated foam construction:

    • The outer stage catches larger dirt/grit.

    • The inner, tighter stage blocks finer dust.

  • It has a filter thickness of approx. 15mm to enhance airflow while maintaining filtration.

  • The seams are reinforced with “Permabond ultra-high strength” stitching to maintain integrity through wash cycles.

  • It includes a plush 13mm sealing foam to ensure a good air-box seal
