KLX230 pair valve delete kit (AIS/EGR). This kit allows you to remove the pair valve (also called the AIS valve or EGR)  and the charcoal canister emissions equipment from your KLX230. Not only does this save weight, but it will resolve excessive backfiring often noticed with aftermarket exhausts.

The kit consists of a steel block off plate to close off where the pair valve connects to the engine, plus two sensor bypass plugs to avoid getting an ECU fault as a result of uplugging the system sensors.
