Heavy duty clutch upgrade kit for KLX230. Recommended for enduro and other conditions which are demanding on the clutch such as mud and sand. It also offers enhanced performance for wheelies and stunting. This modified aftermarket clutch pack is thicker and heavier than OEM and is designed for long wear under harsh usage.

We recommend purchasing this clutch upgrade kit in conjunction with the extended cluch actuator, which will offset the heaviness of this clutch for easier and smoother operation. For lighter clutch feel, the clutch pack can be used with three upgraded clutch springs + three OEM clutch springs (instead of six upgraded clutch springs) however this will slightly reduce the long wearing characteristics of this clutch pack.
