WARRANTY POLICY
MXstore™ is a premium apparel distribution company and carries warranty on all MXstore™ retail products. Satisfaction for every customer is the primary goal with every MXstore™ product.
MXstore™ warrants our promoted products to be free of defects in materials, contents and workmanship. Our products fall into two distinct warranty categories:
- Outwear, helmets, gloves, boots, and goggles are covered under a 3-year progressive warranty.
- Along with all other product not listed above, are covered for 1 year.

MXSTORE™’S WARRANTY IS NOT APPLICABLE IF:
- Damage was the result of an accident.
- Damage due to improper maintenance, or care.
- Damage due to neglect, or normal wear and tear.
SOME EXAMPLES OF DAMAGE NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY ARE:
- Material that has been snagged, ripped, torn, punctured, abraded or burned.
- Fading from sun exposure, staining, improper washing care, or failure to follow MXstore™’s care instructions.
Every product is susceptible to normal wear and tear though the lifetime of the product. The term Lifetime/Lifespan does not apply to the owner’s lifetime. Our product is not meant to last the lifetime of the owner but the lifetime of the product. The lifetime of the product can be accelerated through high frequency and/or aggressive use, or through age itself, and can contribute to advancing the rate of natural breakdown of the product.
For all purchases of MXstore™ product through retail store, please return to the retailer with the original proof of purchase. If upon inspection MXstore™’s warranty department, the warranty claim is deemed as valid, then MXstore™ will repair, or replace the product at our discretion.
For all purchases of MXstore™ product through www.MXstore.in, please complete the formalities with MXstore™ to begin your warranty claim.
All items being sent for repair, are required to be clean before forwarding for warranty service. If the garment received by our warranty department, is not deemed as clean, then a INR1000cleaning fee will be issued and will be payable before return of the garment. Any fees incurred and not paid within 07 days of invoice will forfeit all warranty service.
An MXstore™ Return Authorization Number is required for all MXstore™products, including warranty and will be sent to you once your claim is approved. Items without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed and will not be returned. For warranty service, if an exact replacement is not available, then one of equal value in the same size will be issued. All repaired warranty product will be covered for the remainder of the warranty period, from the original purchase date. The Return Authorization will indicate the return address. Shipping costs are at customer’s expense.
